United States Swimming, Inc. a Colorado corporation, is the National Governing Body for swimming in the United States and is referred to as USA Swimming. USA Swimming is responsible for the conduct and administration of swimming in the United States and is affiliated with the Federation Internationale de Natation Amateur (FINA), the international federation for aquatics, through United States Aquatic Sports, Inc. The United States is divided up into 59 Local Swimming Committees (LSC’s) that govern the sport on the local level.
Hub Fins team is a member of our LSC, Mississippi Swimming, Inc. We conduct LSC meetings bi-annually and discuss rules, issues, and competitions, including our LSC Championship swim meets.
All swimmers, coaches, and volunteers must be members of USA Swimming. Once you have registered, your dues will be automatically renewed annually. We generally draft USA swimming annual dues in October for December renewal.
New members must register at the time they join the team. Email the coach for more information on registering with Hub Fins.
